Actions speak louder than words Melania

I’m sorry, but I’m not drinking the Kool-Aide and rushing to applaud Melanie Trump for giving a nice speech.
Words are words, and actions are real, and her actions speak volume. She is a birther, questioning our first African American President’s legitimacy in lockstep with her husband. She had not spoken about the racial unrest in this country and the systematic killing of people of color until tonight when she was attempting to humanize her morally repugnant husband so he could win four more years in office.
She has not said a word about families fleeing oppression and violence separated at the border and young children locked in cages.
Her public silence for three years and nine months has enabled her husband’s corruption, lying, disregard for the constitution, and lack of empathy for the deaths of Americans, be it by Covid or police brutality.
Her speech was nothing more than a show, designed to fool the masses so her husband can maintain his power, continue to spread his hate, and enrich himself and his family. It certainly wasn’t to speak for those impacted every day by her husband. Until tonight’s act has managed to stay silent on that.
